Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Prize Hub, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the application. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users and business accounts.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use Prize Hub and participate in any giveaway you choose to enter. Where required by applicable law, a parent or legal guardian’s permission may be necessary. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in giveaways complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. You may not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes or impersonate another person or business.
Giveaway Information
Prize Hub collects and displays publicly available giveaway information or giveaway information submitted by businesses and users. We make reasonable efforts to keep giveaway information accurate and up to date. However, giveaway details may change, expire or be cancelled without notice by the organizer. Users should always verify the official giveaway post before participating.
Third-Party Giveaways
Prize Hub is a discovery and organization platform. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Prize Hub does not sponsor, organize, administer or operate the third-party giveaways displayed in the application. Users enter third-party giveaways directly with the relevant organizer and are subject to that organizer’s official rules, eligibility requirements and terms. The organizer is solely responsible for the giveaway, including eligibility, winner selection, prize availability, prize delivery, changes, cancellation and communication with participants. If Prize Hub organizes a giveaway directly, any specific rules and eligibility requirements for that giveaway will be provided separately. Any dispute relating to a giveaway must be resolved directly with the organizer.
Apple Disclaimer
Apple is not a sponsor of, responsible for, or involved in any giveaway listed or organized through Prize Hub.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to: • Use the platform honestly. • Respect giveaway rules. • Submit accurate information. • Avoid spam or abusive behaviour. • Respect other users and businesses. • Report incorrect or fraudulent giveaways responsibly. Users must not misuse, copy or manipulate giveaway information for unlawful purposes.
Business Accounts
Businesses using Prize Hub agree to: • Have the legal right to run and promote each giveaway they submit. • Submit accurate and truthful giveaway information. • Keep their business profile and contact information up to date. • Respect all applicable laws and regulations relating to promotions and giveaways. • Respond promptly to requests for additional information regarding submitted giveaways. • Provide and clearly communicate the official giveaway rules and eligibility requirements. • Select winners and deliver prizes in accordance with those rules. • Not submit misleading, fraudulent or duplicate giveaways. • Not misuse the platform to send spam, misleading promotions or unrelated advertising. Prize Hub reserves the right to: • Edit giveaway information for formatting or clarity. • Request additional information before publication. • Delay or refuse publication of any giveaway that does not meet platform guidelines. • Remove published giveaways that are inaccurate, misleading, expired or violate these Terms. • Suspend or permanently remove business accounts that repeatedly violate the platform rules. Businesses remain solely responsible for: • The accuracy of the information they submit. • The official giveaway rules and eligibility requirements. • Winner selection. • Prize delivery. • Communication with participants. • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Publishing a giveaway on Prize Hub does not constitute an endorsement, certification or verification of the business by Prize Hub.
Intellectual Property
The Prize Hub name, logo, design, application interface and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. Third-party logos, trademarks and giveaway images remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Prize Hub is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that: • every giveaway will remain active • every prize will be awarded • every organizer will fulfil their obligations • the application will always operate without interruption To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prize Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that: • violate these Terms • abuse the platform • submit fraudulent information • attempt to manipulate giveaways • misuse business features • compromise the security of the platform Serious violations may result in permanent removal without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes relating to the use of Prize Hub shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and competent courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable legislation.
